Sam recently trained with Pepi in Japan with and was able to increase his sushi skill set and expertise, which he will impart to other local chefs.

“We are exceptionally proud to host Pepi as part of the show as he has played an important role in our new sushi offerings. We are equally proud to place focus on one of our own.” Adds Lloyd. “Allowing staff the opportunity to grow, develop and ultimately train with one of the world’s best chefs, is core to our family ethos”.

A food well suited to the lifestyle event, the craving for sushi will be easily satisfied with the Ocean Basket Pop Up Sushi store. Visitors will indulge in a first class sushi take-way experience and have an exhilarating opportunity to see Pepi and Sam at work.
